If I activate Yoast SEO, the site can not process Woocommerce payments. There seems to be some incompatibility.

    Hi,

We apologize for the difficulties the plugin is causing for you. We can see this is a bit frustrating. We are happy to help. We would like some more information as this can help us troubleshoot and rule out or in possible issues.

    1. Can you confirm your server has all the right requirements? ?If you are not sure, speak to your host provider.?This guide explains more:?https://kb.yoast.com/kb/plugin-requirements/.

    2. Are all your non-Yoast plugins and themes also updated?

    3. To clarify, you deleted the Yoast plugin off your site and then re-installed it? We ask as we have seen similar e_Errors before and re-installing it normally works to fix it. Indeed, something that is “not found” is indicative of a file missing from Yoast.

If the issue still happens when all are updated and when you confirmed you deleted and re-install the plugin, it sounds like a plugin or theme conflict.

Please Check for conflicts. Install the Healthcheck plugin and enable troubleshooting. Then switch to a standard theme like 2020. Does the issue resolve? NOTE: This will not affect how users see your site.

If there is a conflict with a plugin or a theme, you can create a new GitHub issue?for our developers. Please report the issue to a third party developer as well.

If you didn’t find any conflicts or errors, we think the issue is specific to your site. We’d need to investigate further but are unable to do so on these forums. You can purchase Yoast SEO Premium?and receive our Premium email support and we can help you further.

Thanks a lot for your answer.

    1) Yes, server has all requierements.
2)Everything up to date. But php 7.2.33. Do you think that updating php to 7.4 will help?
    3) Yes, I uninstalled Yoast and installed it again. And issue is still there.

Conflict seems to be with Woocommerce, because the website works pretty good, but crashes on checkout page when someone place an order.

    Hi,

On our testing site with Yoast SEO v15.1.1 and WooCommerce v4.6 and WordPress v5.5.1 we are able to get to the checkout page without an issue. It loads as expected.

If that is not happening, that sounds like a plugin or theme conflict. Can you try and gather as much information for us as possible? Please perform the following:

    1. If the issue only happens when Yoast is enabled, please Check for conflicts. Install the Healthcheck plugin and enable troubleshooting. Then switch to a standard theme like 2020. Does the issue resolve? NOTE: This will not affect how users see your site.

    2. Check for JavaScript errors with your console on the checkout page. Do any appear? You can use a tool like: https://pasteboard.co/ to share the image.
