    We need to get more insights on how Google have discovered these URLs. To do that, please head over to your Google Search Console and submit these URLs to the URL inspection tool or visit this guide: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9012289?hl=en

    Check the generated report and look for the referring page where Google has discovered the URL will the double slashes. The issue is probably in the internal linking since there’s no double slash in your sitemap.
