Initially I thought its the heartbeat but I disabled it. Every 11 seconds /index.php is loading on the front end even when the user just stays on page without clicking on anything.

I am not sure where its coming from or whats causing.

I also disabled true cron and using a service for cronjobs intervals are 5 minutes.

Any suggestions will be appreciated. I am not sure its a plugin. I am using elementor.

  • Hi, these are only small data packages that are being sent to your website.
Do you have an analytics plugin? If you could share a link to your website I could look into the data that is being sent

    Hi Benni,

    Thank you for your reply.

Its coming from a theme I am using, the main js is hosted at their CDN and some other parts so it must be coming from there although it is quite odd.

Their support is quite slow and I do have another issue which I will appreciate if it can be resolved. Can you please share what css is required to hide the menu on mobile devices?

This is the theme (demo but I exported it) so everything that I am using is there:

I dont usually ask things like that here but I am really struggling with it. If anyone wishes to assist that will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance,

What menu do you mean? The hamburger menu toggler?
