  • It appears that the theme or a plugin or combination of those are interfering with almost everything.

    Try deleting (or moving) the theme wp-content/themes/martin/ directory in which case the WordPress will revert to twentyTwelve and that could solve the problem.

    If not rename the wp-content/plugins directory which will disable all the plugins temporarily

    It is a custom theme and I don’t want to lose it but I’m sure the problem is with the theme. Really I think it’s just the page-home.php page.

    You could edit the file

    /wp-content/themes/martin/style.css

    Remove the line that says

    Theme Name: Network Traffic

    and save the file which will break the theme for troubleshooting, you can restore it later if that is not the problem
