Index Page No Longer Working

It was brought to my attention that my Recipe Index page is no longer working. I am not sure if this occurred after the latest update. My web developer has moved on so I can not contact him and I’m at a loss. Anyone have any ideas why this would just stop working?
This loads https://www.thewaytohisheartblog.com/recipe-index/

but none of the sub categories do. This message is given instead

[catlist name=appetizers numberposts=-1 orderby=name order=asc]
