Index page lost it’s formatting !?

I’m not exactly sure what happened, I deactivated a plugin (drop down menu:

after testing it out. When I refreshed the page it looked like this:

https://www.thebrutaltimes.com

Can anybody suggest what might have gone wrong here?
Thanks very much, traffic is just starting to pick up to this blog so I need to fix it asap!
