• I have really been enjoying this theme and all is well but… I have set up a page to be the index page and when I go to the index page of the site it shows the slightly modified original Elyn index page with the iced tea etc. How do I get rid of that and only have my content showing?

    Thanks for any help!

  • Hi Tom, I’m a bit late on this reply, but I just came here for the same reason.

It looks like the front page content is stored inside the theme itself, and you’d edit the front page content by editing the theme. When I installed it, the menu was also replaced with links to demo content on a different site. I didn’t expect that.

edit: that was an issue with a different theme with a similar front page unaffected by the site content, where the content itself seems to be built into the theme.

Thanks for your response. I think the problem was my lack of experience with the full site editing. Once I started realizing how things worked I think I got rid of the iced tea! It took some experimenting though.
