Index of.. 404 not found

    I cant access my website, https://www.medpeds-mobility.com
    I keep getting index of, when i try to access the site, and 404 not found when i try to access admin.

    Please could you help.
    The person who set up the site for me is not contactable.
    I took over the site in November, no problems until yesterday, last edit was 5 days ago.

    All of your files seem to have been deleted. Please confirm yourself through FTP and restore a backup if necessary.

    i dont have the FTP information as the person who set this up for is no longer contactable, i have all the passwords and the admin link etc.
    how can i confirm through FTP please.

    You will need to get in contact with your hosting provider. If that is in fact the person that you have lost contact with, then you are out of luck.
