    Hi there,

    Have you checked with your hosting provider on whether there any rules in place that prevents that file from being loaded? You also mentioned updating – what exactly did you update?

    I updated woocommerce and woocommerce services. the hosting provider (siteground) has only a single response whenever I ask a question about a wordpress issue, and that is that there is no problem on the server and it must be a plugin issue.

    Hi @mellowvision. Are you still facing this issue? If so, please share your system report with me. You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report and then click Copy for support to be able to paste it in your reply.

    Also, are there any fatal errors in WooCommerce > Status > Logs?
