index blues

  • Hi All, I inherited a site which I am administering, my strength is html and flash, so php/ wordpress is new. I have been doing okay, but I cannot seem to figure out how to edit the index page of this site. https://incommunion.org

    As you will see Latest Issue is at the top, I would like to add another category above it. Can anybody tell me what to look for? Help would really be appreciated.

    I also wonder why the last time I updated the site, I see
    Latest issue
    and all the last posts, but now I am updating with a new issue and it is not updating. Any help is really needed- Thanks! mkwick
