Independent Publisher theme malfunction

  • Hi,
    The theme (link 1) is malfuntioning with this page, it should look more similar to this one see (link 2).
    The website (link 1) once used another the which i removed, but there must be some settings which prevent the new theme from working. Please help.
    I have emptied the cache, changed browser, disabled all plugins but the issue persists.
