I figured it out. Just leave recurring amount set to 0 and 1 times

0 doesn’t actually create an indefinite cycle; it creates a finite but large number of recurrences. My Calendar doesn’t support indefinitely recurring events.

Thanks. It shows 240, 500 and 60 times for recurrences depending on whether they are weekly, daily or monthly events. Do I have to do anything to keep them going when the amount of instances reaches the end?

You’ll have to add more instances according to what you feel you actually need. Although, in all honesty, it may be that by that time, I’ll have come up with a new way of handling indefinitely recurring events that will make this unnecessary.

The old version of handling indefinitely recurring events was hopelessly inefficient, requiring a lot of extra difficult-to-maintain code and slowing down servers, which is why I removed it. I have thoughts about ways to replace it, but haven’t engineered them yet.

Thanks. Hope you come up with an idea.
