Indeed!! Worst support I’ve ever received

I too have to express my dissatisfaction about this plugin and in particular the support.

I bought this pro version plugin after a presale question if it would meet my requirements. A reaction with a resounding yes followed quickly.
I am now looking at my tickets that have been created for the support desk.
One ticket is open from 19 February.
And two tickets that have been closed unresolved by the support team.
This is not good!!!

I would like to advise everyone who wants to buy this plugin to test the free version in multiple browsers (Internet Explorer is old but still used in a lot of office envirements).
In this browser you may experience problems typing text.
On different phones you may also experience problems typing text.
Changing to another keyboard may help but is not a solution.
