• I spent 99€ on the paid version, which was an absolute waste of money. There is no way to integrate the plugin in an already existing site without building all the pages from scratch. While I thought this plugin would make life easier, I had to spend another 25 hours to get it included, and I only needed one additional language.

    Changes that are made in one language won’t apply to all the other (e.g. Theme colors), so workload increases exponentially as soon as you add more languages.

    Support is also rather unresponsive and just answers with “that’s how the plugin is designed, go and live with it”.

    Would not recommend.

    @mf34, I don’t know who you are. So it’s hard to link your review with a support request done on our helpdesk.

    There is no way to integrate the plugin in an already existing site without building all the pages from scratch.

    There is generally a way to copy the content of one page to a new translation.

    Changes that are made in one language won’t apply to all the other (e.g. Theme colors),

    Unless your theme decides to implement language dependent options (we know a few of them doing that), this is generally not the case.

    Support is also rather unresponsive

    An exact quote of our unpleasant answer could have helped me to find your support request in our helpdesk archive. I did not find this sentence or half of it in our archive.

    You probably noticed that I almost never answer to reviews. I read them all. Positive or negative, I accepted them as they are. I know that some of the negative reviews are coming from users of the free version who don’t understand that we can’t offer the support for free. I also know that at least one negative review was left by a competitor. Nevertheless, whatever the goal of the author, I accept all reviews as they are.

    Here however is an exception since I don’t know who you are and my intention is not to keep customers unhappy. So if you believe that the plugin that you purchased is not worth the money, please post a support request on our helpdesk and let’s discuss your issues.
