INCREDIBLY IN NEED OF SOME HELP!

Greetings,

I am working on making a membership wordpress/buddypress site and really want to create a Facebook esque welcome screen (www.facebook.com if you need to see what I am talking about). I can’t seem to find a template or plugin that helps me in this endeavor and I am really frustrated trying to make it happen by myself. Next, I would like to have a plugin that enables my users to send video messages to each other via their webcam. Try to imagine that you are going to write a message on Facebook, but have the option of recording a video message instead. Also, the choice of having a profile picture or a profile video and if you see a friend is online you can engage with them in video chat instead of IM. I have no background in coding so am I just out of luck? Please any and all help is greatly appreciated.

My vision:
Have the ability to log in at the top of the screen either like how facebook has it or a drop down menu along with the option to sign up if you need/want to (again like Facebook).

An option to put in a text base welcome message.

Video messaging in conjunction with private messaging and video IM.

Does anyone have any ideas or willing to code it for a broke college student?
