Incredible Support

  • While, ultimately, I needed to deactivate the Ghost on my site, the support I received from Peter and the developers at Ghost was exceptional. They went above and beyond to get the plugin working on my quirky site, even offering to implement all the redirects in my WPEngine account (since WPEngine doesn’t always play nice out of the box with Ghost) and run testing to make sure all was working as it should. They mentioned they might have to charge for the work, but didn’t, even though I know it took them hours. So generous. Great team.
