First of all, the plugin itself is brilliant. Very easy to implement and customise and provides a really robust searching application.

Secondly, the customer support is phenomenal, I had a couple issues which were so amazingly handled, they were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and very quick in their responses. They put in the time to help and I am so grateful.
