You are probably best to ask at https://themeforest.net/item/litemag-easy-to-use-minimalist-magazine-theme/8230483/support Seeing as the theme is a commercial theme it is best if you ask them as I do not have access to the theme to figure this out.

The title of your site post already using 50px, how more big do you want? BTW using css you can increase more if you want. And here it is:

#wrap .bl_posts article.col-md-12 .post-title {
    font-size: 50px;
}

Yes, you want to add it to your custom CSS, preferably your child themes custom CSS if you have a child theme, but if not then you can download a custom CSS plugin or put it in your themes style.css.
