Increasing Membership Price

    Really need an answer on this. Can you please let me know how increasing my subscription price for a membership level will affect those already subscribed and making regular payments at that level.

    I’m using PayPal Express as my payment method…

    I have to think that someone has done this before. Anyone know what would happen to existing memberships if I increase the membership price? Ideally, I would only like the price to be higher for new members.

    First of all, sorry for the delay. If you need a faster response, please consider becoming a PMPro member and post on the support forums which we check at least twice daily.

    Changing a membership level’s details will not affect existing users who already have that membership. They would have to check out again for the new settings to apply.
