Increasing content width >610

    Hi, starting a new site using 2021. I love the change maxwidth setting. Two questions, First, is there any way to have the setting in effect while editing the page? It’s awkward editing with the default 610px width, even though when you view the page, it’s the new wider width.

    Second, associated with the wide header width, are there easy ways to left and right margins in the header, or is CSS the only route?

    Hello,

    We’ll take a look at the width of the editor, I’m not sure why this hasn’t been done already so I suspect it may not be possible.

    Please can you explain exactly what it is that you are trying to do with regards to the header?

    We’ve tried to make the editor reflect the chosen align wide or align default widths but nothing we do seems to work.

    We will monitor this thread incase anyone else has better luck.
