• Is anyone faced this issue, it increase extra 15sec on checkout after installed.

    My cloud server is running at 12cores.

    Thank you for trying our plugin. You should definitely not see such a delay when you install this extension.

    By the way, yesterday we released WP Activity Log 4.6 and in this update we have moved all the extensions to the core, so this extension is no longer needed.

    So can you please install WP Activity Log 4.6 and remove this extension? Can you please let us know if this helps? Thanks.

    Hello Julian, I am sorry to read that the issue persists.

    Off hand it is very difficult to say what could be causing this. You can do some troubleshooting yourself or you can contact us on [email protected] so we can help you troubleshoot the issue.

    If you have a staging website, I would start with some simple tests, for example; deactivate all the other plugins except ours. Does the issue persists? If yes, then deactivate the theme and use a default WordPress theme.

    At this stage you are running a WordPress vanilla + woocommerce installation and the issue should not persist. If you re-activate your theme, the conflict / issue is with your theme. If it is not the theme, start reactivating them one by one, and see which was the last plugin you activated before the issue happened again.

    With this method we can find out at least with what other plugin or theme our plugin is conflicting that might be causing such a delay.

    You can also use some tools such as the Browser Tools to troubleshoot this issue and see which processes are taking longer etc. You can read more about this subject here: https://kinsta.com/blog/wordpress-slow/
