Thanks for those links. That looks like a one-time occurrence. Let the site preload all cache, and it will go back to normal. If you look at your charts, the “fast” first load is on a cache hit, as can be seen from the headers:
x-litespeed-cache: hit
And the second response is slower, because it’s a miss:
x-litespeed-cache: miss
You should be able to replicate this by enabling/disabling any plugin.
