Increase time before newsletter pops up

Are you sure this is the plugin you are using. This plugin does not have “pop-up” functionality.

Yeah, that’s definitely a different plugin. Go to WP admin > Plugins, find the plugin in the list and click the “View Details” link, it’ll open up the page to the plugin you are using.
