Help me how to subscribe only for sub-domain in Word-press multi-site without subscribing to the main domain.

I have for example like “www.example.com” as main domain(main site) and sub-domain(sub-site) like “www.example.com/test”. Is it possible to subscribe for only “www.example.com/test” without subscribe to the “www.example.com”.
