increase the price to choose cash on delivery

Hi NatESkiN, you can use woocommerce built-in shipping “Local Delivery”, updates the options:
1) Change Shipping Label Name to “Cash on Delivery”
2) Add fee amount “3”
3) Done.

NatESkiN did you have any luck with charging fees for COD?

There’s a mention here https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/issues/583 with a 404 link right before closing but not much else.
