I am not logged, I am just trying to access the URL you sent. That URL is not accessible which made me think that you are using some local configuration not accessible outside.

That is the tagline/site description, and you can change the text size by adding the following CSS code to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Customize’ > ‘Additional CSS’:

#site-description {
    font-size: 12px;
}

change the standard 12px to a different value more suitable for yourself.
