please put below code in Custom CSS option in plugin and set size as your requirement

login #backtoblog, .login #nav {
    font-size: 20px !important
}

Hi,

The .css in the custom .css box worked well for the first line of text. However, it did not affect the second line.

for second line use below code in Custom CSS and set font-size as your requirment

.login #backtoblog {
    font-size: 20px !important;
}
