Increase price based on number of words (2)

Hi, I had posted previously about using your plugin for an essay editing service. Thanks for the help on my other thread. It was very helpful and I’ve set up the form but for the life of me, cannot figure out how to do the calculations. For now, I’ve created separate radio buttons based on choice of editing as the price per words varies based on the number of words you pick and set the visibility accordingly. Do you think that is the right approach.

So I was thinking that the formula for calculation of price should be price for number of words but I have different radio buttons like radio 1, radio 2 etc.

Here is my pricing
`Standard:

Upto 600 words
$69

601 – 1,200 words
$99

1,201 – 1800 words
$149

1,801 – 2,400 words
$249

2401 – 5000 words
$399

Standard turnaround is 48. If user selects rush 24 hour turnaround add 30% of order price

Advanced

0 – 600 words
$149

601 – 1,200 words
$199

1,201 – 1,800 words
$259

1,801 – 2,400 words
$299

2,401 – 5000 words

Can you help? Do you have a formula for something like this?
