Increase in WordPress Generated Numbers in Permalinks

  • All of sudden there is an increase in random number in the permalinks on my website. Few links are given for your reference. Would request if someone can tell me whats going wrong.

  • Go into your settings, then permalinks and make sure ‘Post name’ is selected in the common settings, and your Custom Structure looks like this, /%postname%/

    This should make your links looks something like this,
    electronics/logitech-webcam-price/
