increase font size on Checkout

Here’s a snap shot of what I need increased. I’m frustrated, I’ve tried every CSS override I can think of short of edit the actual stylesheet.

Presumably the site is in development. I need the url please so I can examine the markup and styles using browser tools. If its a www.remarpro.com theme I might stand a chance without.
