Increase backup storage

    Hello
    We want your support on our website, which connects with Jetpack account.
    The matter is as follows:
    We have a specific package on the Jetpack, and this package contains 10 GB backup.
    Now we want to update the storage size of the backup to 1TB, but we want to buy only the storage and we don’t want to buy all the package associated with the 1TB.
    * Please provide us with information on how to upgrade cloud storage to 1TB without buying the whole package.
    * We also want to know the price of upgrade storage from 10 GB to 1 TB (without the rest of the package, the price for 1TB of cloud storage upgrade only).

    Hi @aubai55

    The 1TB Backup plan does not offer more features than the 10GB plan, only more space and a longer activity log.

    So in reality upgrading from 10GB to 1TB, is just actually just upgrading your storage.
