Incorrectly showing 404

  • I’ve uploaded a PDF file that I link to in a post. It can be reached successfully and everything works like it should in Chrome, however in Safari, Firefox and possibly others I get a 404 when attempting to reach the URL.

    Please advise this is an urgent issue for me. Thanks!

    OK so I’m realizing this isn’t a browser issue but a permission issue. I could only reach it from Chrome since I was logged into my WP account on Chrome.

    Still, how do I fix it?? Thanks
