    Hi,

WP-Optimize doesn’t have any references to zip in any location. As such, this message is coming from another plugin. (WP allows any plugin/theme to run code on any plugin’s page, so its appearing on the WP-O page doesn’t indicate where it ultimately comes from).

Ok. How do I discern which plugin is actually causing these errors please?

More often than not, the only time I run WP-Optimize is right before I run BackupBuddy. That makes more sense that it would be a BackupBuddy issue. But how do I confirm that?

Thanks for your lightning fast reply!

EDITED TO ADD: I am also running debug logs right now and there is NO reference to these file path issues in those logs.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

You can try enabling WordPress’ debug mode. This will cause errors to be displayed on the page.

I meant to post back here and forgot. I’m sorry.

I did enable bebug log and found it is BackupBuddy looking for those folders. Their support explained that due to all the different server environments BackupBuddy is set up to always look for the most common file structures each time it runs, to determine where to run in each environment.

Thank you for your replies! Much appreciated.

EDITED TO ADD: I always run WP-Optimize before running a backup, so that is why I thought (by timing) that it was happening from WP-Optimize.

I’ve used WP-Optimize for a long time on several sites that I’ve managed over the years. Absolutely LOVE it! Makes a big difference when you can EASILY keep your database clean and running smoothly.
