    Hi,

Some synced products are disapproved in the Merchant Center with the following reason:

    “Incorrect value [identifier exists]”

It occurs when Google’s automated system thinks there is a GTIN for the product which needs to be provided as a feed attribute. In this case, the value for ‘identifier exists’ cannot be false, which is the default provided by the plugin.

Please let me know how this attribute’s value can be changed and a GTIN provided for the product?

    Hi, Nabeel @nabeelshikder!

You can add a GTIN to a product when viewing/editing it and heading to the Google Listings and Ads tab:

As for the exact GTIN you’ll need to provide, that will depend on your product. You can often find it on the product’s packaging or by reaching out to the product’s manufacturer.

    I hope that helps!
