Incorrect User Count in Site and Network Admin

    Just before my multisite went live I deleted 8 old test users from the network and also a few from each site, leaving only admin, but the user count still shows All(9) | Super Admin (1) for Network Admin. Each site also has an inflated count, which looks like it could have been the original number of users before I deleted them.

    The operation of the multisite does not appear to be affected, so I assume a minor bug. I then deleted the extraneous accounts in the wp_users table, but that didn’t make a difference.

    Where else should I look?
