incorrect url on feed page

after installing new theme by KARMA , my google webmaster crawler started giving errors.
incorrect URLs that are giving error in webmaster tool are below:

https://qurancomputer.com/blog/index.php/tag/quran-recitation-online/feed/www.QuranComputer.com/blog . error 404

https://qurancomputer.com/blog/index.php/tag/noorani-qaida/feed/www.QuranComputer.com/blog . error 404

i think the error is because my feed page has /feed/www.qurancomputer.com/blog in all links.

Can someone please help me?
