Incorrect URL link in emails

Hello,

When my clients receive the emails to reset password, when they do an order… They receive the typical email but the link in the mail content it doesn’t work. It redirect to Page not found.

For example, when it says:

Do click here to reset your password. It goes here:

Can you help me?

I already reseted Permalinks in WP but the problem is still there.
