Incorrect url for "translated article" with WPML

I have a website, initially built in French, with english as a second language, in “other domain” (actually a sub domain) I also use WPSEO 1.5.4.2 (And WP 3.9.2)
I have a bug in the french url when I’m on the english version, because they take the english domain, with the french slug. Also, the sitemaps from Yoast both display the english subdomain for both sitemaps.
I made a var_dump of icl_get_languages, the urls are wrong.
I desactivated everything, changed to the default domain, and even just with WPSEO and WPML, I have the problem, that disappear as soon as I desactivate WPSEO
Nevertheless, on another website with nearly the same configuration but older versions (WPML Version 2.9.3 and WordPress SEO Version 1.5.3.3 ) I don’t have the problem. To tell the truth, I’m rather unwilling to update just for testing…
