    Hi @magsmyk00,

How do you add the tracking information to the orders?

    Thanks

    Hi.
Sorry for the delay, I was waiting for the information.
Data is sent via REST API by an external shipping company.
    They are sent to: domain/wp-json/wc/v1/orders/number/shipment-trackings
    Data:
    -tracking_number
    -custom_tracking_link
    -custom_tracking_provider

    Hi @magsmyk00,

Can you please share the full order details page screenshot with order notes in which tracking added by the REST API?

Can you please try with adding tracking information manually and check?

    Thanks

If I add the tracking link manually, I can choose the supplier (the correct one – InPost Paczkomaty PL):

This is what the order information/note looks like:

If the data is sent from an external company, the information in the order/note looks like this:

The difference is that when selecting the supplier manually, it is InPost Paczkomaty and the link is correct,
however, after sending data from outside, there is only InPost and a link to Italian tracking.

    Can I ask for help?

    Hi @magsmyk00,

You will need to ask your external company to send the Shipping provider InPost Paczkomaty instead of InPost.

    Thanks
