Incorrect Title Tag by Google

For some reason on any page that isn’t the homepage, as well as categorized pages like the support forum Yoast is adding an additional tag to my titles.

I have it set by page, and also have it set in the yoast settings to default to (Page Name | Wapp Technology) – however on the blog page as well as category and support forum pages, it’s defaulting to (Page Name | Wapp Technology – Wapp Guru).

I attached a snippet from Google – I’m not sure where it’s pulling (- Wapp Guru) from. The only title that has guru mentioned is the homepage which is structured correctly ( Wapp Guru | Lafayette, LA)
