• Hi,

I’m using your plugin and I noticed that the times are managed with UTC, which is not very convenient as I’m in Italy and the times that are returned to me are incorrect (including the times that I display on ActiveCampaign relating to orders placed, cart abandonment, etc…).

Wouldn’t it be possible to adjust the times according to the time zone set in WordPress settings?

I need some help from you to solve this problem. Thank you.

I understand how that would be confusing to look at especially when trying to match up dates. We can look at providing an option on our settings page to choose date display options but default to local time zone. We sync all of the date times in a standardized UTC but we can display the times based on your locality. We’ll have to make some updates in our code to do that.

As for times displayed on ActiveCampaign I believe those should be displayed in your local time zone. Are there specific places on the ActiveCampaign site you are seeing the wrong time zone?

On WordPress it would be perfect to include an option to choose date and time zone display options.

Regarding ActiveCampaign, having set the Europe/Rome time zone in the settings, I still find myself having the times in UTC both in Recent Activities and in the block relating to orders and abandoned carts.
