Incorrect Taxe calculations

    Too Bad! This plugin simply does not provide the correct tax calculations for CO Sales tax. No matter what address I put in at checkout, the “Automated taxes” for CO come in at 4%. WRONG! Frustrating to say the least. Any suggestions? Jetpack v6.7 WCS v1.17.1, WP v 4.9.8, WC v3.5.1

    Sorry, I don’t have any help to offer, but just wanted to note that we are also working on a site based in CO and having problems with even getting the automated settings to appear on our site. Looks like we might need to find another solution to help solve this new tax requirement.

    I had that issue too until I changed the store address.

    Hi @mcarbone,

    Would you be able to share the city and zip at least of your store’s base address? Then from there what should be the final tax rate for your location? We use an external service that should have all tax rules/laws up to date for when we get the tax rate for your store.

    It’s also dependent on what you sell as well in some areas. For example food is taxed differently. ??

    Any further info you can provide will be helpful in troubleshooting this with you.
