Incorrect Tag-archive titles

After updating to 2.2.1 i found a bug. Tag-archives have incorrect titles. It shows title of first post but not title of tag.
Example:
https://my-chrome.ru/tag/avtoobzor/
title == title of top postbut in options: %tag% | ХРОМ.РФ
It was broken in 2.2.1
