Hello ! I’m having issues with the conversion statistics for MyPopUps. I can see the number of times the pop up has been shown, the conversions (email sign ups) and the CR but these figures seem to be wrong : the # shown is exactly the same for all the pages, conversions are all at 0, but CR varies (0%, 17%, 29%, although conversions are all at 0…). And when I download the emails collected it’s always only 3 emails. Do I need to change something to make it work ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @xaviertfv

Could you please provide me your domain name where you display these pop-ups or URL to the builder of mentioned pop-up/split-test?

    Thank you!

    Hello @xaviertfv ,

I’ve checked your popups, and noticed they were missing Action “Register as a conversion” on the subscribe button, so I’ve added that for you. Now the Conversions count will be increasing when people subscribe.

To add this action you can edit the popup, click on the subscribe button on the form, then in the Actions section of the menu, Add another action > Registers as a <conversion> (for statistics) and click on Add. Save the popup.

Email forms are also properly capturing entered data. Please try to log in to mypopups.com from the incognito browser window and double check it on the Dashboard.

    Kind regards
