Incorrect Spam Flagging

There seems to be an issue when someone forgets to enter a required field in Gravity Forms, or solves the recaptcha incorrectly, and after entering the required field and submitting, it seems that it gets marked as spam by GF. I read that the plugin has issue with AJAX, but even after disabling it, I still had the same problem. Also, due to the plugin not implementing GF hooks properly (according to GF support), there is no spam tab to look at these entries and mark them as not spam.
