Incorrect share count. Taking "like" count instead

Thank you for the beautiful plugin.
I have encountered 2 problems.1. The share count doesn’t show on the homepage. It only shows on individual blog post.
2. The Facebook share count is incorrect. It is showing the number of Facebook likes instead.
