Incorrect sender in notification emails

Hi,

Under ‘Notify on book request’ under Themes I’ve filled in the ‘Email from’ and ‘From name’ fields, but when the email is sent the from-name comes in apostrophes (i.e. it says ‘Booking system’ instead of Booking system) and the from-email is listed as [email protected] instead of the address I gave. We don’t have a feedblitz addon installed.

What is going on and how can I fix it?
