Incorrect Rich Snippets if a product has Ratings

Since Version 3, the problem is that when a product has a rating/review, it is shown as incorrect in the Rich Snippet Testing Tool because the name of the product is missing.

I think it is because the rating/review is not included anymore into the structure of the product itself and now is separately. In the version before 3, the rating/review was flawless when testing a product using the Google Rich Snippet Tool.
