Incorrect Reviews Count on Product Page and Catalog

    Hi,
    I’ve had this error for a while, just now I’m trying to fix it.
    The products have many positive comments, but the stars are left as 0.
    I rated products with 5 stars and approved, and it has not been updated.
    How can I solve?

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    Our plugin doesn’t count a review without a star rating, it is considered as regular comments.

    You can go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products tab > Enable option “Star ratings should be required, not optional” then submit a review on the product page to re-check the issue.

    If it does not help, please share your product page URL, I will take a closer look.
