    Hi Support,

    We are using your Server Gateway for WooCommerce plugin – an issue exists where if the payment fails, it is sending the customer back to the basket instead of refreshing the checkout and issuing a new token to allow the customer to re-enter their card details. This is causing confusion and failed orders.

    Can someone take a look at this issue please?
